The Holy Grail of Antiaging is in your hands: Biohacking Wnt signaling pathway to beat cancer

What is the Wnt signaling pathway and why would you want to unlock its secrets? The Wnt/beta-catenin (“Wnt” for short) signaling pathway can be applied to antiaging, cancer, and many chronic degenerative diseases. The Wnt signaling pathway is a complex, complicated network of proteins and peptides known for its role in regulation of proliferation, differentiation, migration, regeneration, polarity and gene expression from embryonic stems to development in adult tissues.

Wnt was discovered in 1982 by cancer researchers. In 2012, K. Hoffmeyer et al published an article in Science, “Wnt B-Catenin signaling regulates telomerase in stem cells and cancer cells.” Big pharma is racing and betting on who will first develop the molecules that will control the Wnt signaling pathway. Billions of dollars are at stake for developing and marketing blockbuster drugs, potentially bigger than statins and Ozempic combined.

For the last 25 years, I have been writing about parasite medications successfully treating many different medical conditions beyond parasite infections, describing the phenomenon as an “Accidental Cure.” It might be asthma, MS, autoimmune diseases of all kinds, Lyme, CFS/ME, cancer, etc. Is it possible that parasite medications are doing more than just killing parasites? Most well-known parasite medications like Ivermectin and Niclosamide have been proven to regulate the Wnt signaling pathway. Is this an unintended, ultimate, somewhat accidental biohacking, or just plain dumb luck?

Biohacking is citizen “do-it-yourself” biology: making small, incremental changes in diet, exercise, lifestyle, supplements, etc. to catalyze small improvements in health and well-being. Changes in blood chemistry, blood pressure, body weight, energy level, heart rhythms, blood, cholesterol, sleep patterns, and more provide calibration of measurable impacts to improve health. There are different types or forms of biohacking, including nutrigenomics, DIY biology, and more. Early leaders such as Dave Asprey have fueled a growing movement for health self-improvement.

People have also been hacking the medical system and taking parasite meds on their own for vexing, unexplainable medical conditions when their physicians could not help them. Fenbendazole has been very popular with cancer patients after Joe Tippens’ testimonial for his terminal lung cancer. A young MIT engineer figured out how to use parasite meds to heal herself from unexplained illness. I wrote about her in my article, Parasite Treatment Hacked by an MIT Engineer: Think Small, Dream Big for Pandemic. You can visit her website, Debug Your Health, at: www.debugyourhealth.com.

Understanding the complexity of biochemistry, metabolic pathways and immune system regulations is intimidating, making it almost impossible to micromanage each pathway without the consequence of unpredictable chain reactions and side effects. It needs some assistance from artificial intelligence (AI).

At Medical Week 2024 in Baden-Baden, Germany, I gave a lecture, Parasites, Fungal, Dental Infections and Cancer: Unconventional Diagnostics and Therapies. My thesis is there is a simpler way to regulate the Wnt signaling pathway by incorporating unconventional diagnostics to navigate and bypass complex biochemical-metabolic pathways using acupuncture meridian assessment (AMA). I have covered AMA numerous times, it is like inspecting the body’s bioelectrical frequencies like a violin and tuning them to a harmonious musical scale, using the meridian system based on ancient intelligence.

Figure 1 below depicts the Wnt signaling pathway controlling cell differentiation vs. proliferation. Figure 2 depicts parasite medications that also target cancer cells.  Niclosamide, on the top right side of the graph is a common parasite medication, downregulating the Wnt signaling pathway. Niclosamide, Mebendazole, Praziquantel and Ivermectin (white color) work well in synergy for GI-related cancer. Dental related infections are covered by azithromycin, and tinidazole or metronidazole and nystatin (orange color). Doxycycline for intracellular parasites (orange color) and fungal infections are covered by fluconazole and itraconazole (bottom white color). Dr. Tim Guilford and I published an article on this topic, “Antiparasitic and Antifungal Medications for Targeting Cancer Cells: Literature Review and Case Studies,” in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine (Jul 14, 2019).

My lecture was videotaped soon after in my clinic and is available on YouTube. Biohacking using Acupuncture Intelligence (AI 2.0) involves more than just taking parasite medications which are listed in Figure 2. These are what I use 80% of the time with slightly different combinations of natural remedies, homeopathic and prescription medications. Diet and nutritional support are also important. Typically for cancer patients, I recommend a diet with 50% good fats, 30% protein and 20% carbohydrates, with the selection of foods based on a food allergy test and blood type diet. Hair tissue mineral analysis provides information on your metabolic type and on nutritional support needed based on mineral levels and ratios. Detoxification is important, including a gallbladder/liver flush once per month for 6-12 months. Dental infections and environmental toxins are separate but overlapping issues that must be addressed concurrently.

The Wnt signaling pathway is an ancient, evolutionary-based pathway for survival. Aberrations in the Wnt signaling pathway are associated with birth defects, and a multitude of chronic diseases and cancer. The meridian system and acupuncture have been known for thousands of years, practiced throughout Asia, and now widely practiced globally. Most acupuncturists who do pulse-diagnosis do not actually measure the meridians as a system. Dr. Reinhold Voll, MD, of Germany developed Electro-acupuncture according to Dr. Voll (EAV). I have described EAV and a simplified version, acupuncture meridian assessment (AMA) in my books, Accidental Cure and Accidental Blow-Up in Medicine.

It is time to embrace ancient, authentic intelligence (AI 2.0) to outsmart artificial Intelligence (AI) and enhance biohacking. Apply parasite and antifungal meds based on AMA to simplify, correcting upstream problems and revealing commonly overlooked dental problems and environmental toxins that burden the immune system. Regulate and control the Wnt signaling pathway to bypass and streamline complex biochemical interactions, metabolic pathways and immune regulations by using antiparasitics, antifungals, and antibiotics. Biohacking with the guidance of AMA or other forms of energetic testing is like uncovering the Holy Grail of antiaging, chronic disease, and beating cancer in your hands, working your physician and biological dentist as a guide.
